How old do I need to be to have an e-consultation about viagra?

You must be at least 18 years old to have an e-Consultation in order to obtain prescription only medication (such as Viagra).

How long does it take for the e-consultation process to be completed (assuming I'm approved)?

When your e-Consultation form is submitted to, it will normally be reviewed before the end of the next working day. If a prescription is written for you, it will then be dispatched to you after your payment has cleared.

The medication will be sent to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is an insured & signed-for service.

Do I need to have another e-consultation for a repeat prescription?

No. Once you have had an initial e-Consultation with to order any prescription medication (siuch as Viagra, Cialis or Levitra), and you are approved for treatment, you will be able to request a repeat prescription very quickly, because will already have all of your details on record.

At the time of requesting a repeat prescription, you will have the opportunity to review & update your delivery details and medical information (in case anything has changed). 

What if my e-consultation application isn't approved by your doctor?

If your application to purchase any genuine  prescription medication (e.g. Viagra) isn't initially approved, may then contact you to discuss your medical details, to obtain additional information, or let you know that you cannot be approved for whatever reason.

If you are not ultimately approved, there will be no charge for the e-Consultation service.

Will you divulge my medical information (or other details) to anyone else?

Only to those who are required to see it.

The information from your e-Consultation will be used by's registered doctor in order to make a diagnosis and write a private prescription (pending suitability).

If a private prescription is written, then your information will be given to a UK pharmacy (registered with the GPhC) in order to dispense & despatch your prescription.

All parties in the e-consultation/fulfilment process are required by law to keep records of your details for a period of time.

No one else will ever see any of your personal/medical information. DO NOT divulge or sell any of your personal data to any third parties, EVER.

Will I start receiving unsolicited e-mail ("SPAM") after I have an e-consultation and register with you?

NO. However, from time to time, may send you news of new products & prices, or about special offers regarding (which is in compliance with UK Data Protection laws), and if you wish to NOT send you e-mails of this nature, you can easily ask us not to.

We will NEVER pass-on your details to any third parties without your written permission.

Why do I need to give you my telephone number?

After you submit your e-Consultation form to, our registered doctor may have some questions regarding your information and we would need to contact you. would usually correspond by e-mail, as a first means of communication, but may need to use the telephone in certain cases. Your number will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Can I submit my e-consultation by fax or mail?

Yes. All you need to do is select "Offline Payment" at the end of the checkout stage, then complete the payment details section (before printing), then print-out the e-Consultation form. can only accept faxed forms if you want to pay by credit or debit card.
