50% OF MEN BETWEEN 40 AND 70 ARE NOT ABLE TO PRACTICE SAFE SEX WITH ANY BRAND OF CONDOM

Erectile Dysfunction ("ED"), also known as male "impotence", is very common in men, especially those over 40 years old. The NHS states: "It is estimated that half of all men between the ages of 40 and 70 will have it to some degree." So, regardless of the brand of condom they use (or even if they chose to not use a condom), they're not able to have sex at all.

ED is a condition where the penis does not harden and expand when a man is sexually excited, or when he cannot keep an erection. There are many causes of ED, both mental/psychological and physical, and even as a side-effect of using certain medications. ED can also be a sign or symptom of other serious health conditions, such as heart disease.

Are you experiencing any of the following, even occasionally?

  • You cannot get an erection at all
  • You can only get or maintain a partial erection, which isn't stiff enough to allow you to engage in sexual intercourse
  • You can get a full erection, but it doesn't last long enough for you to complete sexual intercourse

If any of the above apply to you, then you are suffering from ED and should seek medical advice.

WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT?

If you suffer from ED, you should speak to your GP about it, so that the causes can be determined and dealt with.
